Our headquarters is located in the heart of Tbilisi, at 1 Ivane Javakhishvili Square, in a 19th-century cultural heritage building that the company has fully restored and returned to the city, honoring traditional architectural values.

This building stands as a symbol of our development philosophy - one that connects with cultural memory and harmonizes local character, tradition, and forward-looking vision in every project.

Our Team

From 2019 to 2024, he was the CEO of a real estate development company that played a significant role in shaping the modern living environment in Georgia. With experience in corporate banking at TBC Bank and working in investment consulting companies in Austria, he brings over 15 years of expertise in finance and international business. He holds an MBA from Webster University.

Nikoloz Medzmariashvili

CEO

With over 12 years of experience in commercial management, has successfully led real estate sales, marketing and business project development in the development sector. Throughout the career, has held positions such as Head of Sales and Commercial Director in leading Georgian development companies. Possesses in-depth experience in the formation and implementation of commercial strategy - including goal setting, optimization of sales channels, development of pricing models, and market analysis. Has many years of hands-on experience in team management and the ability to build effective relationships in both B2C and B2B segments. Also actively involved in professional education - conducts trainings in sales techniques, negotiation management, and business communications.

Salome Lazishvili

Commercial Director

Until 2024, worked in the construction and development sector, where he held positions as Head of Civil Construction and Deputy Director of the Project Management Department in development companies. His responsibilities included organizing and supervising construction projects, quality control of works, ensuring compliance with standards and technical requirements, as well as effective coordination of processes.

Shota Shanava

Head of Project Management Department

15 years of experience in planning and managing architectural and interior design projects, as well as overseeing construction processes. Prior to 2024, she led the Design Management and Interior Design Department at a real estate development company.

Sopho Pataraia

Head of Business and Product Development | Deputy Director

Experienced legal advisor specializing in corporate, commercial and real estate law. Prior to 2024, she provided legal counsel to local and international clients on corporate structuring, real estate development, energy and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes contract management and the preparation of local and international legal documentation in compliance with regulations.

Nanuka Chkuaseli

Head of Legal Department

More than 13 years of professional experience in engineering, civil and structural assemblies and the oil & gas industry. Proven track record in providing QA/QC consultancy and planning management services. Strong understanding of design documentation and hands-on experience with budgeting processes. Successfully contributed to major projects in key roles such as Project Controller and Project Manager. Has a master's degree in engineering.
