On March 31, a collaboration memorandum was signed between "Homer Alpha" and "Bene Comfort," within which Bene Comfort will fully take care of the daily living experience at "Homer Alpha." 

The partnership between Bene Comfort and Homer Alpha developed based on companies' shared values, which involves creating comfortable and special experiences in residential spaces.

The collaboration includes cleanliness of common areas, landscaping maintenance, smart home systems, and ensuring proper functioning of equipment/facilities existing in the project. 

Bene Comfort has been operating in Georgia's market since 2019 and offers consumers completely new standards for maximum comfort. The company ensures complete management of residential complexes' effective functioning. At this stage, Bene Comfort serves over 40 residential complexes and daily cares for the comfort and wellbeing of up to 20,000 residents.
